Do you need my passwords?+

What if the store won't let you file for me?+
Some stores, like Nordstrom, don't accept third-party filing. There we detect the drop and prepare the exact claim, and you submit it in one tap. You still get the refund, we still only take 15%.
When do you charge the 15%?+
Only after the refund lands on your card. No refund, no fee. If the store later reverses the refund, we reverse our fee too.
