Today you contact the store yourself everywhere. Downtick does the detection, the policy check and the exact wording, so you know precisely what to ask for. Filing on your behalf is what we are building next. You still get the refund, we still only take 15%.
When do you charge the 15%?+
Once the store confirms the refund, credit or adjustment, and we bill 15% of what they actually confirmed. No recovery, no fee. If the store later reverses the refund, we reverse our fee too.
